Weird reaction after punches (''dancing''-alike reaction) - is that a legit explanation?

If you have watched Okolie vs Jeżewski fight, surely you have noticed Jeżewski's reaction after Okolie's punches to the head. Recently in an interview he explains that everything is fine with his brain and nervous system and the reason was that he got hit to the body, resulting in his ribs getting broken, then the broken rib damaged his spleen and this caused weird reaction after the punches. I've have never heard such a explanation, is that legit? What do you think?
