Being a Hamed fan, i don't see this happening.
I think the fight that really turned Hamed off was his last one, after the Berrara fight, he needed a good solid win.
Aganst Calvo for the first time that he stepped into the ring the great confidence that he once had wasn't there once the bell rang. He was gunshy and afraid to get hit, once he realised this he knew that he couldn't fight at the top level again.
had he stepped into the ring that night and done a job on Calvo, i have no doubt that he would have boxed on , maybe having a return with Bearara.
As i said before I'm a fan of Hameds, sometimes on this forum the only supporter he has, or at least it feels like it, but his time has passed, he can never recapture the lightning reflexes he once had, so he should stay in happy retirement.

It was getting the weight off that ruined Hamed V Calvo, he didnt look anything like himself facially cause he had to kill himself that much...... his face was so skinny and his ears looked bigger than ever...

I can't see him making fatherweight and I think he may be too short for super feather I think he's time has passed. Great talent, didn't quite become the fighter he could have been but still in the top ten of great post war fighters.

I will believe it when I see it. Like others have said can he even make Featherweight anymore? At Super-Feather his hieght will be even more of a problem and the Super- Featherweight division is very competative at World Level.
For defence Hamed was a fighter who relied on reflexes, will he still have those reflexes after gaining all that weight and 3 years out of the ring? I very much doubt it.
Hamed was a great talent but I feel his time at World level has passed.

Shades of Chris Eubank here.
Maybe he is gonna let some young prospect pound on him and regain his popularity that way.

Chris, you love that gay thread pic. It is funny though!
Naz coming back would make for a cracking domestic year with Hatton-Tszyu, Eastman-Hoppo, can't see it though, heard it too many times.

It was at my request, for Razor admitted that he's in love with Naz

(okay, I know that's not what exactly he said but still thought that Hasselhoff picture was apt).
Could be a cracking year, lets not forget Wayne McCullough and Clinton Woods have geniune title fights soon also.

Feather and Superfeather aren't big weight differences though. Why would he have a problem being an extra tiny 4 pounds?
Naseem returning?

Because come the night of the fight, he'd be in with monsters like Diego Corrales who would punch his lights out.

Its probably only a new years resolution,
Give him 2weeks he’ll probably knock it on the head, and get back to the pies with a vengeance.
