It shows lot of Boxrec Members don't know much about boxing, and obsessed with fighters they like.
If you watch Ruiz fight against Roy Jones Jr, The refree was instructed to seperate them whenever Ruiz gets inside or
in a clich. Watch this fight and refree did it more than 100X times. Even Pre-James Toney version of Evander Holifiled couldn't handle Ruiz on inside
If Refree was natural and as they allow it in usuall heavyfight fight, Ruiz would have killed or permantly injured Roy jones . And
Roy jones was 5'11", and James toney 5'10.5" and had an iron chin. while canelo is just 5'8"at best.

Canelo would knock Ajagba out! If Ajagba ever agreed to fight Canelo, which he wouldn’t because he’s scared, Ajagba would wait until rd 1 started and then simply climb out of the ring, because he’s scared! Canelo would follow him out of the ring and would knock Ajagba out!

Not sure why you have made a point to outline Canelo's height, as if it is an automatic disadvantage. It didn't do him any harm vs 6'3 Callum Smith.
Plenty of big men have difficulty landing clean on a shorter fighter with good head movement.
Not many people are saying he would best AJ or Fury, but there are plenty piss poor heavyweights out there Canelo could beat.

It's Weight that matters my dear ,,,,Weight weight ... If refree plays fair, not take money , weight will wear him down in clich and Callum smith has no punching power and chin of a heavyweight ... Maybe he can give it a try at lightheavy or crusier weight which i doubt , let's see

Weight is a factor, darling. More so than height (which you brought up).
But it isn't the only factor, punch variety, accuracy, footwork, head movement are also factors.
It is not inconceivable that one of the many rubbish heavyweights out there could be outboxed by by someone who is smaller but much better than them in every other way.
It is also not beyond the realms of possibility for the ref and judges to do Canelo a few favours if necessary, he is the

man after all.

No, weight can't be more of a factor than height, unless your are skinny as "Pencil" smith that fought Canelo lately

Canelos chin is bad?
Charles martin is better than john ruiz?
Nobody said canelo wins. They said there are hw and cruisers he COULD beat
Why some of you act like its some impossible feat for the best smw to beat charr or martinnor gerald Washington is bizarre

That's crazy talk. Ajagba would destroy him.

Qawi was 5ft6, didn't start boxing till he was 25, yet was CW champion and had some success at HW.

You lost me at Ruiz would've killed or permanently injured Roy if he was allowed to fight on the inside.
As if he EVER fought on the inside. He held. He didn't fight on the inside.

Literally every argument they make against canelo is made moot when you throw james toney back
Toney is actually 5 9.5 a whole half inch taller than canelo. He had an hof resume with some close wins and a couple close losses. Was humiliated by a legend

Of course weight is more of a factor, else we'd have height classes in boxing and not weight classes.

Canelo is never more than 5'8" .... and young james toney was never under 5'10" ... but i think he was inch taller

In the old days 160 lb guys beat 200 lb guys .....obviously, Canelo couldn’t beat a Heavyweight with even remotely similar skills because of the weight advantage....but there are plenty of trash heavyweights he could beat in a boxing match...because he is the far superior boxer. Boxing isn’t a street fight....there are rules meant to make the use of boxing skills an important component in who wins.

Does anybody think he could beat Trevor Bryan?
