Brodie was very capable indeed - hurtful puncher, great workrate/conditioning and he absolutely came to fight - but I just think Carl wins this one by actually being a wee bit too cute and not going to war.

If a young Frampton went to war with Mike it is right in the mix - Brodie was strong as hell at the weight - but I'd go for Frampton most times either by blunting Mike and then stepping-in or just being a bit sharper from distance.

Good fight. Frampton on points in a tight one.
