LAS VEGAS (January 27, 2005) – Guilty Productions has become a major player among the heavyweights of professional boxing broadcast programming, expanding the reach of its “Guilty Fight Night” weekly series to more than 33-million households across the United States and worldwide. Founded in 2004, Guilty Productions, along with its parent company, Guilty Boxing, annually provides a minimum of 48 episodes of “Guilty Fight Night” that also includes an extensive amount of high-quality features and behind the scene looks of the events and fighters. Guilty’s broadcast team is a KO combination with Boxing Hall of Fame announcer Colonel Bob Sheridan, handling blow-by-blow action at ringside, and former NFL kicker and veteran color analyst, Benny Ricardo.

Earlier this week Guilty Productions announced multi-year telecast rights agreements with America One in the U.S. (23-million households) and Fox Sports International in the Middle East and portions of Africa (1.52 million households), <b>augmenting previous deals with BEN Television in Great Britain and Ireland (7.34 millions households)</b>, as well as WCVI, the UPN affiliate in the Virgin Island (750,000 households). “Guilty Productions was a first-time exhibitor at the NATPE Conference and Exhibition this week and it’s been a very successful show,” Jay Hassman, Vice President of Guilty Boxing, reported from Las Vegas.

We are building one of the largest boxing distribution platforms that the boxing category has ever seen in order for our fighters to become household names.”

“Guilty Fight Night” emanates from different locations including The Orleans Hotel & Casino and the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Tijuana (Mexico), Connecticut, Puerto Rico, and southern California.

Its frustrating the coverage I have seen from Ben so far. They just play the first hour of a US boxing show and hope everything finishes in the hour. I have seen the main event being advertise and Sheridan saying "stay tuned, the main event is next" only for Ben to cut off.

If they were a little bit more knowledgable then I would stay tuned, but there is nothing mentioned about the fights on the TV guide. Just says something like "Good boxing action".

I always assumed that BEN showed the best fight of the night, whether it was the main event or not. We've seen some real wars over the last few weeks, good on them.

i've never recognised any fighters on BEN, have there been many notable fights?

Not sure about this (as I was a bit "muddled"), but I think I saw an unlicensed card on BEN (as in not sanctioned by the BBoC) on BEN once. Could be wrong tho!
