Haye would win regardless of weight. He was just faster, smarter, more advanced technically. Of course, his chin sometimes sucked and he was injury prone, but if he was fit, he would deal with Folley. Haye by confident dec or stoppage.

I only saw Folley's bout with Muhammad Ali so its hard for me to gauge him without being a bit unfair to him without meaning to.
But I think Haye can knock him out.
