Looking for critique on my Youtube video(s)?

I started my Youtube channel a while ago. At first I was really bad at editing, didn’t write good scripts and made quite a few mistakes with pronunciations. I am starting to get better, but I want to improve more. Please feel free to give me tips and tops, regarding editing, content, voice over, etc. I would really appreciate it!

Good quality video.
Some observations. I'm always a tough reviewer when asked as you did. Being nice won't help you.
1-intro way too long
2-analytics a bit shallow
3-voiceover is more gameshow than boxing
I'd watch another if these items are addressed.
Just to be forthright, I couldn't do what you're doing, that's why I'm merely the audience. Good luck with your endeavor!
