The rare occasion that Cooney is the smaller heavyweight.I like both fighters.Fury is slick enough to avoid most fighters but Cooney was a ver under rated savage. Starting off he may have trouble finding the head but he'd definitely hit the body.
Cooney may have favored his hook but was not one dimensional at all.
And his losses were to 3 great Champions.I think Cooney would score a late stoppage.(i also think he'd obliterate Wilder in a sickening display).

Fury beats him , superior fighter for sure with more tools

I normally don't like giving an opinion on active fighters in Mythical Fights, but I can't imagine Cooney having any chance against Fury. Fury would dominate him. Not sure if he'd stop him or not, but it'd be one sided.

I'd go for Fury and by stoppage.

Quicker hands, higher workrate, vastly superior ring movement and does not have to punch down and he's still not going to be bossed around by a bigger, stronger guy,
