Joe Louis wins inside the distance. The one disturbance and interruption he could experience is the powerful trip hammer hard jab of Sonny Liston. However Joe with accuracy and combinations proves to much for Liston.

Agree that Louis was very accurate puncher. Punching accuracy is probably the most underrated attribute in boxing. Liston would given him a tough fight. He would have at least a puncher's chance here. Would have bet on Louis though.

I think louis would win late round stoppage. Liston would give Louis a hard fight early and even drop him. But Louis has more mental fortitude and I think once liston figures out Louis isn't going anywhere louis breaks liston down something to the way Ali did in the first fight.

Louis by mid to late round stoppage. Joe throws better combos.
Louis may get knocked down, but I don't think he'd stay there.

I think Liston would win,so longs we're referring to the Liston from 1958-1963.

Liston by 7th round Tko,imo.

Liston would gets disheartened... I think this happens a lot, if they were to fight 100 times....
