What are the best boxing bet exchanges around?

Put it this way, I bet Polo to win on Bluesquare.
And when the draw came up, they took my cash ( which is normal practice )
But when I bet on Chris Byrd @ Bet365, the draw came up ( v Golota ) and they gave my cash back - now that's good service :TU:

Know what you mean MW but that is just one individual rule. Seem to remember there was a big hoohah over it re tennis a while back. Stan James had one rule, someone else had another...it was to do with a player limping off court unfit to finish.

But the draw is a definite bonus to get your money back on and I'd side with them just for this.

I should use the exchanges but as I bet so seldomly these days, I can't be arsed to dip my toe in.

I play at a few spots, but http://www.Betoddessa.com gets the majority of my money now days. It is fairly new sportsbook, but the owner is basically the guy that made/makes all the numbers for about every casino everywhere. He is pretty vocal in gaming forums and easily accessible for requests as well. I exchange emails with him often, discussing bouts. If you follow the UFC, at the beginning, the Sheridan USA Today guy refers to him as the place he gets the odds on every broadcast. He is the originator of the odds, so you can often get good numbers on bouts when he opens them. :TU:

I bet on Polo to win doing live betting during the fight with bet365, when I checked my account after I was suprised to see they gave me my money back, even though it was not the outcome I bet on.

I think you should have gotten a refund. To be honest, I bet Polo +1000 at 5dimes and @ BetOddessa +800 and got a refund at both sportsbooks. I think the ONLY time you don't get your money back is if its listed like a 3 way line or if you bet a specific prop like 'TO WIN BY KO' etc.

MightyWarrior-
That really sucks that they took your money on that draw bet. Not only did we get jobbed in the fight, but then you'd have to worry about some shady stuff like that. I would never bet at a book that keeps your money on a Draw. These books have a big enough advantage outside of having to rob you on a draw.

One more thing. The reason I recommended the Betoddessa book is because they use lesser 'juice/odds' on their boxing. Like they use -140/+120 instead of -150/+100 on stuff. In the long run it saves and makes you money. Telle'm Empire sent you. 8)

Most books I've seen have a draw option for boxing... In which case you shouldn't get anything back.
