On occasion, when I damn well feel like it, I'm going to share some interesting stats on this thread.
So stay tuned.

Today's WTF stat is as follows.

There are 4 fighters who are tied for the highest percentage connection rate for a single fight. In fact they had at least one fight where every punch they threw landed on their opponent. 100% connection rate. 4 fighters and 4 fights only.

I imagine they were short fights.......

*Salvador Sanchez
*Juan Manuel Marquez
*Vincente Saldivar

Jim Cheese.

(Must have thrown one shot...it landed and then was immediately sent to the canvas and KO'd.) He has never won a fight or even come close. Though he did fight to a 10 round draw with his cousin Charley.

Hmm come to think of it.....Did Jim face any of the above mentioned fighters? Could there have been a 100% accurate 2 punch fight?

Jim Cheese has not faced anyone at NSR Promotions.

Ben Jordan has the 5th Highest winning percentage at 80%

Behind Driscoll and Ramos who are tied at 100%, and Pep and Arguello tied at 83.3%

Until this week.....? However...he seems to be having this happen in the last round. He seems to STILL be making it into the last round.....and is still the leader in this stat.
