I know you shouldnt judge people at first glance or a book by it cover etc but just looked at Thomas Lamanna profile who fights Lara for the WBA middleweight title this weekend and his face doesn’t make me believe he’s a boxer.

Any others you can think of?

Looked like what he was at the time, a student. And his upper body looked more like a swimmer than a boxer.

I’ve just YouTube’d the fella and looks like he comes to fight, maybe just the one fight I picked but he looked pretty exciting

he/his mom/dad promote pretty much all the fights he wins.....basically he buys wins and then gets beaten up by anyone with the faintest pulse

i dont usually like to outreach sh!t on fighters, but the kid can barely fight and wouldnt beat even a good open regional amateur at his weight (his own am record was like 15-25 or something and he won nothing of note). he gets way too many opportunities because he's connected

Haven’t seen Lomanna before. Certainly looks far from a typical boxer. Must have some level of toughness though?
