Most people watched the fight to see exactly what happened, not because they are a fan of his.

That isn't on his twitter account or instagram, seems odd to be released on a YouTube video too, probably fake

Interesting that Ben told them to stop the fight, and not Tibbs...

They need to get their story straight.

Ben Davison now has x-ray vision, did you know?

It was Saunders who said he didn’t want to fight.

No x-ray vision required, you could see the indentation under his eye as soon as the camera went to him in the corner

I suspect that Davison likes hanging around with these guys so much he'd say whatever they asked him to say.

Tibbs said he pulled the plug, I guess it matters not, I’m sure they were all in agreement he couldn’t continue

Why is Ben Davison getting involved? Was he officially in the corner?

I’m surprised that Tibbs listened to Ben given how far more experienced Tibbs is compared to Davison.

When asked outright whose decision it was to stop the fight Tibbs said it was his decision, interestingly he did stutter and pause when asked what was said in the corner and said he didn’t want to talk about it but it was his choice.

He's done James English now.... I simply don't believe a non fighter in his 20's can teach these lads anything! Fury, BJS, Taylor!! Come on lads, literally nothing he can do but be a cheerleader.

I wouldn't say it's impossible, there are very successful coaches who never boxed. Watching for bad form, correcting issues and analysing an opponents good and bad traits, if you know what to look for, doesn't mean you need to be some wily old former pro. And of course being a former fighter doesn't make someone a good coach either. Swap the sport for tennis or golf, the best players in the world all use coaches who were nowhere near the level they are at or even former pros.

If you were an elite world champion would you chose any bloke in his 20s (boxing career or not) to coach you ?

I wouldn’t.

Maybe they gel well. I'm not sure why his age is such an issue, Davison is 29 this year. Do you have to be over 30 to be a coach?
