Dacres is boxing fine. Nice jab but doesn’t seem to set his feet when he throws the right hand so there’s not much power in it. Also seems a bit awkward when under fire.

Yes but he’s fighting a fat middleweight.... who’s looking to survive and is good at it.... but might as well watch Dacres on the heavy bag.

I don’t disagree. Manev is too tough for his own good.

He’s very clever. Acres reminds me of Fabio Wardley

Manev a human punch bag, Dacres thoroughly unimpressive.

Evening folks.
Manev is a punch bag here, looks like he sees the final bell though.

Why do the entire Sky Sports team, including the usually decent Barry Jones, keep on saying what an impressive debut it was? It was disappointing against an opponent with no chance and little ambition. Dacres’s timing was poor - he barely landed a clean shot....

It wasn't terrible, but yeah.
How far does he go based on that ?

Won't win British title unless he face Larry Olabumiwo.

This whole evening has the air of a couple (Sky and Matchroom) who have recently broken up, but are still going on a prebooked holiday because they've already paid for it.

Lol. I think it's another typical Sky commentating performance.

You'd expect someone going places finds a way to deal with a tough, but over matched and overly defensive no hoper.
