If I recall it correctly, it was 182 initially on Boxrec. I guess, that's the right number.

Wasn't the weight limit set at 182 pounds.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. weighed in at 184 pounds
Silva weighed in right on the contracted mark of 182 pounds.

The contracted weight agreement was 182 so I'd assume he was at that.

Wouldn't you rather these things be accurate on such sites?
Might not be the most important fight in the world, but fact is, it's wrong.

I'd guess the 174.25 weight is correct, since 182 is the default weight the fighters had to make. If you don't know Silva's weight you'd list it as 182. If it's different BoxRec may know something the other sources don't. I wouldn't change it until I got confirmation it's incorrect.

One of the websites (Boxing scene) stated he weighed the contracted amount.
