Why doesn't the IBF and WBO add a regular and interim title?

How come these two organizations aren't capatilizing on what the WBA is doing by receiving more money from sanctioning fees on these 2 other titles?

WBO global title? That’s a thing apparently.
Look it up, I’m not joking, though the title is obviously a joke.
The IBF does occasionally use interim titles, just not as often as the WBA, but yet more frequently than ideal.
The same applies to the WBO too, they use interim titles.

Why don't the fans ignore all titles?
Who's #1. That's who the Champ.
There ain't 4 Champions. There ain't 2 neither.

That's what most of us do because we are serious enough about the sport to have a pretty good idea about the best fighter or fighters in each division, but for every one of us there are umpteen casual fans who wouldn't have a clue and who are quite impressed with the ring announcer or commentator describing the fight as being for the WBZ Super light-cruiserweight Interim diamond belt.
We all know it's shite but the whole charade is driven and perpetuated by the networks, by the promoters, and even by the fighters themselves. The only people not on board are people who go to fights, watch boxing on TV, and talk crap about boxing on forums, and realistically who gives a flying fork what they think?

I think we are stuck with boxing as it is now, I honestly don’t see how to get rid of the useless titles or organisations that create these meaningless belts.
I don’t even think the fans have any power in this either.
