Where does David haye place in boxing history

Where would you place David Haye on the greatest cruiserweight and heavyweight list and which eras in history do you think Haye would of excelled in
Haye was the best cruiserweight of his time and he's a one of the greatest CWs ever.
At the HW he was a one of the top fighters of the era he fought in, he was memorable, but not great.
Overall, he's a bit wasted talent because of injuries, but being fit he could be a dangerous fighter in any era.
