At their best, I would take Lopez by UD. Always thought it was a shame Ndou only got one title shot, and it wasn't at his best weight, 130lbs

I agree ,Ndou was a big puncher but at 130 pounds was also a better Lopez weight.He taked a Lockridge shots .Hard to say who hit harder Rocky or Phillip but Rocky was better boxer .
Lopez by UD 115-112 and would got knockdown.
