He fourght Wladimir Klitschko after Klitschkos lost to Sanders, he lasted 90 seconds I think it was.

Moli has the biggest beer belly I've seen. There was talk he took a dive in germany vs Wlad Klit.

Should be a very easy night for Skelton. They really should be looking to push him towards the european title. If Krasniqi beats Whittaker in April he'll probably vacate for a shot at the WBO.

Cole would hammer Moli.

He's ranked higher than I thought he would be. Certainly picked up a few titles in South America. Still, must be an easy win for Skelton.
P.S. Look at his penultimate fight.

What do you expect this is a allegedly fighter fighting for the WBU title of course he is fighting a terrible opponent that is the problem with both Warren and British boxing esspecailly when promoters who cair about money more than the sport and the fans are conserned.

I take it everyone would laugh heartily if Skelton lost.

Surely if Moli is the opponent the Board should object him. It's an absolute joke that someone who lasted 90 seconds againts Wlad should be allowed to contest a so called world title - even if it is a nonsense one.
In my opinion Warren has got fans the Hatton - Tsyzu fight so probably feels he can fob us off with a few poor fights before then.
Really hope the board rejects this fight. They used to have integrity - look at when Benn couldn't defend his WBO title in this country for example because the Board wouldn't recognise it. Now any tom, dick or harry can contest an absolute nonsense title.
I thought Cole was just about acceptable as an opponent but this is a joke.

Should be an absolute farce. This guy keels over from fright in the Wlad fight, leaving the German crowd booing - and what do they do?
Bring him over here

the thought of trekking back from wembley to sout east london after being subjected to that is enough to make you wanna cry.
was bad enough when long was fighting skelton, Kev kept texting me saying stop talking as I was sat with the refs opposite the cameras!....well i had to entertain myself somehow.
the meager hunt fight was excellent though, cant have it all ways i suppose.

I watched that fight at home, thank christ I had plenty of booze to keep me occupied. Compared to Skelton v Moli it will look like the Thrilla in Manilla.

The guy (I believe) has lost to Dominguez, who lets be honest was a plumpy Cruiserweight - what is he like as a heavyweight I don't know.
Terrible backwards step.

Anyone remember how many times Klitschko floored Moli? I seem to recall watching the fight but can't remember the exact etails. Moli looked like he could box a little bit (as most Argies can) but as soon as Klitschko clumped him, took the easy way out.
You know, Sports Network have been around since the early 80's and have only just cottoned on to the fact if you bring over Argies, they normally have the durability and caginess to stick around while never looking likely to win. Thus there's no chance of a Samuel Kebede-type farce.
Gomez fights Alvarez on Friday and now this.

give skelton some credit. in recent months roman greenberg, audley harrison, obed sullivan & al cole have all turned down the chance to fight him. hes 38 and doesn't have much time left to make an impact. if he didn't get matched 2 weeks before the 25th he may spend another 3 months out of the ring.
i say that this fight keeps him active, it's better than him spending much more time out of the ring, it gets him more noticed and will lead to bigger and better things. lets face it right now hes the best britsh heavyweight around and we need to look at the positives he's still unbeaten and doesn't seem like he would be intimidated by anyone.
