Can Manny Pacquiao still make 140 and random thoughts..

I was wondering does any one know if Manny can still make 140
As we can see from Ugas fight Manny doesn't have speed ,stamina and power to over come size and length deficiency at welterweight at elite level anymore due to Manny's advanced boxing age.
Some fights for him there that could be interesting and profitable would be
1. Mikey Garcia
Mikey has a huge following elite fight I think might be competitve and lucarative.
2.Teofimo Lopez
I would heavily favor Teo but this fight could generate revenue and be competitive.
The rest of the 140 pounders too good but not lucrative enough to fight such as Progaris , and Josh Taylor.
Then there are always the circus fights like one against Mayweather this fight would actually be the best for Manny's health and pocket book but not an elite fight.

im not interested in seeing him fight again tbh
if he is to fight again, it should be someone like amir khan, not current elite fighters

ugas & long guys with the counterpunching approach that sit there and let poor short limbed manny whack away at their cover.. i mean what should he've done, he threw a fvckin thousand punches, barely landed anything clean of note.
he's a fighter thtu and thru. i don't think he's done yet, too much money for something he's born & bred to do and obviousky still enjoys.
give him someone who actually engages.... whatever, there are still fights for old manny.

He could, but would he want to when a career in politics looms?
Fighters of class like Pacquiao can easily spar 12 rounds with anyone in the top 10 as long as their legs can still hold up.
However, it's far easier to divert public funds when you're a politician.
There's plenty of evidence of that currently happening worldwide. You only need a suitable excuse to act as a cover. Plenty to choose from amongst Covid, climate change, campaign fund management, hidden expense accounts etc
Would even the great Manny Pacquiao be able to resist the temptations?

I wondered how long it would take before the loss excuses came out from Pacquiao. Cramped legs, couldn't move, over trained. Just admit you lost to a better guy, and too old to compete at this level. Go swim in some saltwater. Retire with dignity, not sour grapes.

If you're in shape, eat several meals a day, don't cut any weight, and hit the scale at 145 or 146? Are you kidding me?
Making 140 would be incredibly easy. If you think otherwise I doubt if you've ever been an athlete.

Manny Pacquiao vs Lomachenko would be a Great intriguing bout. I could definitely see that being a Jr.WW bout. Manny would just barely make 140,after sweating in the sauna for a couple of hours,while Loma would just barely make it out of LW(135),by slugging down a quart of Gatorade.
