Manny Pacquiao's excuse for losing the Ugas bout?
Posted: 25 Aug 2021, 05:18
by Enlightened-One
Manny Pacquiao cited leg cramps as his main excuse for losing the Ugas bout.
And I realised he also suffered them in 2015, whilst preparing for the Mayweather bout. He had to seek permission from USADA to use special cream, for fear of this medication resulting in him failing PED tests.
And back in 2012, Alex Ariza was the strength and conditioning coach for Pacquiao and Chavez Jr., with both fighters at the time complaining of leg cramps, which led to Victor Conte claiming “
the use of anabolic steroids can cause muscle tightness and cramps”.
So then I dug a bit deeper…
In 2010, Manny Pacquiao turned down a guaranteed opportunity to face Floyd Mayweather Jr. for a $40m payday, with the financials of that bout having already been agreed, due to refusing to undergo PED testing performed by USADA. There's a YouTube video of him confirming this.
A year later VADA was launched and quickly became the most popular anti-doping organisation used by boxing in the US.
Manny Pacquiao then refused to undergo VADA drug testing for his two immediate bouts following Lamont Peterson and Andre Berto's failed tests in 2012 (Bradley I & Marquez III).
Alex Ariza worked with Pacquiao for the Filipino's third bout against Marquez, where VADA wasn't involved. I'm sure he worked with him for the Bradley fight also (only Bradley was tested by VADA for his third bout against Manny, with the American initially believing the Filipino was being tested by VADA too... it was a controversial issue back then).
The Filipino then took a one-year hiatus and also stopped working with Alex Ariza.
When Pacquiao eventually made his ring return and competed in his only bout in 2013, it was against Brandon Rios, with 'Bam Bam' employing the services of Alex Ariza.
An out-of-character Team Pacquiao INSISTED that both fighters undergo VADA testing (possibly because the Filipino had cycled off the PED's and knew how Ariza was working with his opponent), with Rios subsequently failing their tests due to having methylhexanamine in his system.
And Alex Ariza has himself even claimed that Manny Pacquiao used PEDS:
"I can say unequivocally that I know Pacquiao was using performance-enhancing drugs. I don't know if he was taking steroids, HGH, or both, but I do know he was on PEDs.
"I stake my entire reputation on the fact, and I'm calling it a fact, that Pacquiao has used performance-enhancing drugs, before and during training camps for several fights."
And it's important to note that Pacquiao was only tested by VADA very late during his training camp for the Thurman fight. He didn't undergo proper VADA testing.
As far as I know, unless someone can correct me, there wasn’t any VADA testing for the Pacquiao-Ugas bout.
So could this be the real reason why Manny Pacquiao suffered leg cramps against Ugas?
Thoughts?

this is like seeing a gradual public breakdown, it's brutal to watch (I can't read the OP itself, but the poll 'options', just

)
need I say what the obvious response to this is?
bro- you've been across about 4 different Pac threads- at least- since Sunday. with multiple (of course, longwinded) posts.
at what point do you realise how fvcked up this is/ you are*?
*rhetorical question. I know he won't realise

Let's make a poll about what's dubmer: the Pac worship by his blindfolded fans or EO's lame attempts to troll blindfolded fans of Pac.

You don't need to be a Pac worshipper to point out the stupidity and all round weirdness of his OCD obsession with Pac though.
It's clear that, after getting humiliated and his bottom smacked several times yesterday, he needed to try and do something today. It looks like he's been awake all night thinking, and this obsessive thread is that something. (Similar to CP, I never actually bothered reading the OP).
I mean, Pac's leg cramps even played a part in EO winning some money in a bet. Didn't you know? How ungrateful and hateful can you get??

Pac is 42 with world record calvs. of coarse he is going to cramp time to time.
Weird that you Hate pac for PEDs when your hero got caught with them in him...
as for the quote where Alex Ariza claims he was certain manny was on PEDs but then said he didnt know which ones, that is ridiculous. If you are certain someone is doing something you are certian of what they are doing. otherwise your speculating like what most people do for 90% of pro athletes.
Look i know nothing for sure when it comes to peds, but i suspect most elite boxers have or do use them. Especial boxers that move up through the weights. Canelo, Pac, Holyfeild, these guys are all prime Peds users in all likelyhood, but Ill do what i do for usain bolt and just say untill someone tests positive all be willingly ignorant.

What I’ve written is obviously very controversial, but all the claims I’ve conveyed are factually-accurate.
I described real-world historical events.
Put it this way, when Victor Conte heard of Manny Pacquiao’s leg cramps in 2012, as well as the person he employed as a “strength and conditioning coach” (Alex Ariza), he definitely claimed “
the use of anabolic steroids can cause muscle tightness and cramps”.
And Alex Ariza, the former strength and conditioning coach of Manny Pacquiao also said “
unequivocally” that he knew the Filipino “
was using performance-enhancing drugs”.
All of us are aware of Pacquiao’s penchant for being reluctant to undergo drug testing.
And we also know for certain that Manny blames leg cramps for the Ugas loss.
Therefore, I honestly don’t know why anyone would feel that I deserve to be banned for conveying facts that no one can possibly refute.
I can provide evidence to support everything I’ve claimed.

What a pathetic thread.
Reminds me of the thread that the lame fellow wrote about a sparring session between Pac and Mayweather for 100m$. Same lame misguided motives even though this is 1000 times better written.

What I have described EO as is based on historical events.
The claim I’ve conveyed is irrefutably factually accurate and I can provide evidence to support.

Why is it pathetic? Is it because it conveys inconvenient facts that you cannot undermine?
You're welcome to call me all the names under the sun, but you can't seriously pretend that nearly every single word I've written isn't factually-accurate.

Why is it pathetic is a good question. The answer to it basically revolves around your obsession to prove that the small asian guy is so bad.
Let's assume for one second that you are correct and Manny used PEDS. You'd be right but so what?
10 points.
1. A good case can be made for most athletes in most sports having used peds, including pacs biggest rival FMjr.
2. At 147 Pac faces a natural disadvantage mitigating ped usage.
3. Boxing is a complicated sport ped usage isn't going to make you a pacman.
4. At 42 pac faces an age disadvantage.
5. Your hero FMjr had a huge cultural advantage over pacman, his dad was FSr and his uncle was JeffM two former world champions. Pacman got to where he is not thanks to family but raw natural talent.
6. If you are right Pacman will still be a millionair and you'll still be deadbroke.
7. If all it takes is ped usage then why isn't everyone an 8 division champion and a beltholder at 40 years of age?
8. Needing to expose the bad man is important!. No it isn't we are all bad you hypocrit.
9. People need to know that I'm right. If that's the case then do get a life.
10. Using peds is wrong..... No it isn't really in boxing a sport full of unfair advantages its really not that relevant.

Why are people so salty over facts?
It’s not as if I’ve lied and can’t backup my claims.
The only counter argument people have is insults. They can’t refute anything.

Las Vegas has been the venue for 22 of Manny Pacquiao’s bouts.
However, I can’t think of more than five occasions where he’s enrolled in VADA drug testing and was tested for the entire duration of his training camps.
I’m happy to be proven wrong about this, but I’ve done my research and also checked the official VADA website.
Manny Pacquiao has been very open about his reluctance to undergo random unannounced blood-based drug testing.
Therefore, based on Alex Ariza’s track-record and claims, as well as the information conveyed by Victor Conte, isn’t it possible that Manny Pacquiao’s leg cramps were caused by the use of anabolic steroids, especially considering the Filipino wasn’t tested by VADA for the Ugas fight?
