So there it is,an increase from £1.99 to £7.99,that's me out not worth a carrot tbh

That means I pay £1.99 on 17/9/21 and get Smith-Fowler right?
my next payment will be 17/9/21 which covers me til 17/10 doesn't it?peter barlow wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:11Mines 29/09Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:01What date does ur payment go out? Mines 17th.

No it seems it will be 8 quid for Fowler Smith, we'll get this week's Leeds card for 2 quid
That's the issue right there, so little shows we're basically paying a cheaper PPV
Oh that's correct actually, it should be 1.99 for Smith Fowler if it's in from 30/09, nice oneRuthless-RKO wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:14my next payment will be 17/9/21 which covers me til 17/10 doesn't it?peter barlow wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:11Mines 29/09Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:01

Smith/Fowler is Oct 9.
Price increase is from 29/9, so I should get it for the £1.99
My enthusiasm for boxing is pretty low now, there's just too few top drawer fights, too much bullshite, and the top guys almost never fight one another, and when they do, it's usually when they're past their best.ScottDetonator wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:23 I'm surprised it is going to £7.99 per month when the schedule is so empty. Even September, we've got the card this weekend then what? AJ vs Usyk is PPV anyway.
October's schedule is a Friday night card from Italy on October 1st and the Smith-Fowler card, the rest to be announced...
I cancelled my £4.99 per month fightzone the other week due to lack of competitive fights. I can see DAZN getting the same treatment.
I can see why they are going the online route, but as the saying goes, out of sight, out of mind. Where does DAZN advertise now? IFL and a few boxing media channels on youtube?
The cost of viewing 'live' boxing has been flying up over the last few years, even mediocre cards are PPV across the globe now. It's a circus that is ultimately, killing the sport for the fans.
Had the announcement come with a few more scheduled fight nights, then fair enough.. But this hasn't happened.Fightnight Scores wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 09:00 It was always coming, and it would have been a half decent price for some of the stuff we have had in the past, but as has been said, what is there to come? There's a severe lack of fights scheduled right across the sport.
Same here,I won't pay for a fight anymore,no matter who it is,only a few fights interest me now.jamesmcdonnell wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:55My enthusiasm for boxing is pretty low now, there's just too few top drawer fights, too much bullshite, and the top guys almost never fight one another, and when they do, it's usually when they're past their best.ScottDetonator wrote: ↑31 Aug 2021, 08:23 I'm surprised it is going to £7.99 per month when the schedule is so empty.
