Abdominal Wheel

The abdominal wheel exercise is a popular one amongst elite boxers. While very far from being regarded as an elite boxer I myself used to do these back in the day, I liked doing them most with a custom made wheel but the trashy standard ones from ringside were never my cup of tea. The abdominal wheel is a great exercise and in the clips here below you can see examples of top class boxers doing it.
The way Golvokin does it is quite impressive, I do think that doing it with your legs spread out so far is sort of cheating however but perhaps I am mistaken.
The way Mayweather does it is absolutely pathetic. He doesn't maintain a locked upperbody while rolling out, sort of overextending himself and he also allows his toes to leave the floor while rolling out. Something you'd expect to see from someone who is just starting to learn this exercise but from a multi weight 2nd generation world champion No.
At 1:50 you can briefly see Roy Jones doing those. Perfect form, technique and execution.
