The Truth would dominate with his long jab in route to a fairly wide decision. Forced to play defense for long stretches, Byrd just wouldn't be able to put enough punches togather to win many rds. Williams didn't have a good chin, but Byrd's lack of power would negate that. Williams by about 118-111.

Williams would outwork Byrd behind the jab. No one would get hurt. Barely a single clean power punch would be landed.

The Truth would use his height, size and reach to out-box the southpaw Byrd behind his long jabs and combinations to take a decision.

That is about how I see it. Williams chin would not do him in against Byrd. He had a very good jab. Byrd was good defensively, but he was not as hard to hit as some people may believe. Outside chance Williams would catch and stop him.
