MSM by a wide decision. Toney would take a beating but stay on his feet. 117-111 most likely, Saad had too much stamina for Toney.

Toney is an overall much better boxer than Saad, but particularly at LHW Toney's performances were bleak in comparison to the ones in the other classes, when Toney prepared well. Saad would vastly outwork Toney and get better in the most of the exchanges to secure a decision.
