Likely by a 8-4 type of decision.
Toney would butt Ward into a concussion if Ward tried that Ball-Hunting BS. Tony was one mean take no b.s type of Dude.

Toney was better as a boxer and he could stick to his plan even when opponents were fouling and spoiling. Ward was a great and very slick spoiler, yet he wouldn't be able to find keys for a more polished and elusive Toney. You gotta be more ingenious and loose for it, as it was seen in the Toney-Jones fight. It would be competetive and Toney would edge with the clean punches.
