For those that don't know, Willie Troy's record was 33 and 6 during his boxing career with 23 KO's. He beat guys like Bobby Dykes, Del Flanagan, Walter Cartier, Tony Anthony, Randy Sandy, Terry Moore, Lee Sala, and Bobby Boyd. Troy also had a draw against Willie Pastrano. Terry Downs was the Middleweight Champion for a brief time beating Paul Pender in one of Pender's rare championship fights outside of Boston.

I agree except that I think that Troy could score a KO.

Downes may beat Troy by decision after swarming and landing good bombs on the inside.
