Doesn't look like the DUP will accept the Sunak sell-out :

The DUP believe the Earth is about 6,000 years old and therefore that dinosaurs must have roamed the planet at the same time as man because to state otherwise is to deny the existence of the abundant fossils. Sammy Wilson is also a well-known climate change denier, just another thing to question his judgement on.

I do find it hilarious that he uses the term "useful idiots" at the start of that, the DUP themselves have played that role often enough in British politics so he should know...

Exactly. Steady hand at the wheel instead of a drunk idiot with two eye patches on.

Other than the bullying stuff which predates him anyway the front pages have been pretty free of nonsense. It’s largely been him and his policies and getting stuff done.
He is indeed, but let's not give him too much credit.
He's clearing up a mess he wanted - Brexit - and a mess created by Boris' govt. that he was a big part of AND it means NI is now as well off as we all were before Brexit.

Still yes, a grown up is in charge at last and it's a huge improvement that the UK PM is "not an embarrassment"

That dinosaur 6000 years old issue was with Poots, who they got rid of within a month. You have cranks in all Parties. The DUP are one of the most patriotic Parties in the UK. As for climate change didn't King Charles (formerly known as Prince Charles) and others say we only had 10 years to save the planet, trouble is they've been saying it for over 50 years. In the meantime the net zero hypocrites have been jetting off all around the world like there's no tomorrow.

He's right to use the term "Useful idiots".The DUP got billions out of Zelda to prop her up for a couple of years, they know what they are doing.

so kvntface BJ has stuck his oar in

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/money/other/b ... 53a52&ei=9

"We should think not about raising corporation tax but cutting corporation tax to Irish levels or lower and really turbocharging investment to drive levelling up across the whole country, really showing the world what they wanted to see from 2016 onwards: that we are different now, because this is a Brexit government or this is nothing."

When asked about comeback speculation, Mr Johnson sought to dampen down the prospect of a return to No 10 saying it was "very unlikely that I'll need to do anything big in politics".

But he said defending Brexit, levelling up and the Ukraine war remain key interests.

notice that the dirty lying scarecrow piece of sh1t is trying to create a definite link between (1) brexit and (2) lower taxes, like no fvcking brexit could possibly be complete until we had corp tax down to 15%, like it was all such a tragic missed opportunity if brexit came and public services weren't totally slashed in favour of tax cuts all round (well, not 'all round', just for corporations and the fvcking rich), this fvcking tells you what it was all about, all along, and it's fvck all to do with the british fvcking people even if that giggling fvcking imbecile above is just too fvcking stupid to know otherwise.

brexit = lower taxes = dynamic economy
brexit = lower taxes = dynamic economy
brexit = lower taxes = dynamic economy
brexit = lower taxes = dynamic economy
brexit = lower taxes = dynamic economy

just keep repeating it and people may even start to believe it. this kvnt, Truss, the fvcking lot of them, I'd herd them all together into a ditch and machine gun the lot of them

The DUP are zealots and extremists. They want NI to be part of UK and to be treated exactly the same as England, Scotland and Wales except for in cases where it suits them not to be. It really doesn't matter whether they say "yes" to this because they will always reserve the right to say "no" further down the line if it suits them.

The crux of the matter is that the DUP will not allow Stormont to sit when the DUP does not have the First Minister and the wrangling over the Protocol serves as perfect cover for that...

bingo, every word

It really doesn't matter whether they say "yes" to this because they will always reserve the right to say "no" further down the line if it suits them

nothing gives a sexual charge to an Ulster Unionist quite as much as being able to say 'NO!', and, preferably better yet, being able to say 'NO!' in a situation where other people will be fvcked over as a result.

In a different context there's a slightly Baldrick-esque element to their kneejerk responses here, like, ask them if they had a good weekend? 'NO!', if it's Thursday today? 'NO!', but you do like to breathe oxygen, don't you? 'NO!' etc etc

Aye, Sue Gray was a Labour plant the entire time. She incited Boris to have lockdown-breaking parties as an agent provocateur.

The criticism of Gray's report was, generally, that it didn't go far enough.

What a fuss over nothing.

yeah, Grey would just have to be a labour plant, I mean treating that Kvntface fat scarecrow-haired Etonian tellytubby as though he'd done anything wrong, at all, during lockdown, you'd have to be some kind of ranting fvcking Trot to think that. I mean, it's not like there are photos out there of him blatantly in the middle of what is blatantly an office piss-up, or anything, it's not as though those photos were from a time when he was denying even knowing about any parties, never mind attending them, oh, no, kvntface shyster moneygrubbing BJ, clean as the driven slush, he is:
