Think this really depends on what AJ turns up...
The AJ who beat Dillian Whyte and Wladimir could get in to a gun-fight and get the win by TKO...
If he tries to outbox Tua it will be his undoing and Tua will hurt him more than Andy Ruiz did...

id say totally opposite of that, if joshua tries to slug with tua he'd be ko'd, if he got on his bike and hit and run he'd have a much better shot

Joshua by dec or Tua by KO, about 60% to 40% for these scenarios respectively.

Most likely scenario would be AJ by a fairly wide decision, 10-2 with no knockdowns. If he get's frustrated and careless though and let's Tua get in too close, he could get kayoed in any round.

Only a complete moron or psychopath would try to trade bombs with David Tua, so I fully expect Joshua to try to do what he did in the Ruiz rematch, but I'm not sure if that's enough because when Tua wanted to chase somebody down he was throwing bombs the whole time.
I'd say it's 50/50 or 60/40. I'm not sure who I would bet on to win. But I lean towards Tua because if he could go a whole 12 rounds with Lennox Lewis who was a far better boxer and puncher than Joshua, I don't think Tua is going to be kept at bay too much.
One thing that the kiwi has going for him was his ability to sense weakness or frustration in his opponents and went for the kill like a rabid dog, and that's not good for a guy like Anthony Joshua with a soft chin--- but at the same time can a man who is 5'9" or 5'10" be able to get to 6'6" Joshua enough times?
Off the top of my head Lewis (6'5") is the only large heavyweight that Tua fought, though I may be wrong. So it'd be interesting to see how effective Tua would be but there's no question he would be absolutely dangerous for Anthony Joshua who is susceptible to the left hook.

Joshua probably wins a decision, but the possibility Tua catches him and takes him out is a strong one. Tua would be a live dog here as he was a dangerous puncher from Round 1 to Round 12, if AJ fights smart he can win. If he tries to bomb him out, he gets KO'd.
Even trying to outbox Tua I could see AJ winning, winning, winning and then getting caught and taken out. So it'd be a dangerous bout for him.
AJ by Decision or Tua by KO. I think if they fought 2 or 3 times each result would happen.

Like others have said......
.........is it smart, engaged Joshua or the bloke who looks quite different and got beaten-busted by Ruiz.
Tua would come with his basic but good toolkit of stuff and either get boxed clean into next week or had a great chance and maybe ended it earlier and more brutally than Andy ever did.
On balance I see Joshua getting it right.
Keeping stumpy Tua on the end of a jab, the odd uppercut or hook applied and some smothering work when Tua gets in close and tries any short, chopping work.
Joshua is a weird one. But I think he handles Tua and someone like Usyk was always a bigger problem.

Mostly depends on Tua. If he is aggressive, he wins. If he is passive, he loses.

David Tua would win by 4th round KO.
