We all knew it.
We saw so many corrupt decisions - Conlan famously.
There were many others.

For me Joyce was the clearest robbery.
What was yours ?

Pretty wild. I wonder how many people were involved. i mean theres the underworldy folks betting. but then for the fix to be so wide spread thats gotta be 5+ judges in on it dosent it? amazingly difficult to hide wide spread curruption. hope these judges go to jail and joycey sues for damages if its all fully confirmed.. (and the rest).

from what ive remember, Tischenko - Levit was a brutal robbery. Almost all brazilians got multiple gift decisions. Dont remember much from Yoka - Joyce fight. Never understood that Conlan crying also. That fight was close, could go either way. But at least hthey build his pro career on that middle finger lol

doesn't really matter if it was a close fight if it was a fix, does it? a robbery is a robbery.
scumbags everywhere. must be so hard to just let 'may the better man win' be the rule!
boxing is really rotten thru & thru.

Yep, disgraceful and we all knew it. Fair play to Conlan for calling it.

The Conlan fight wasn't a robbery at all. Conlan was ineffectively aggressive, his f*cking head was pulled back to his arse by Nikitin's punches all fight long.
Tishchenko-Levit was very close, but it was more of a sh!tty fight than a robbery. Levit workfed more in the first two rounds and won the third one big, but he was less precise than Tishchenko until the final round.

I can't remember the Conlon fight, only him pulling off his vest and giving the finger when the decision didn't go his way. I remember the Joyce fight being shocking because he put it on Yoka in the first and it was a clear round for Joyce- I don't see how you could have scored it for Yoka who was doing his floppy, fragile thing and looking uncomfortable under pressure- and then because it was open scoring when they gave the first to Yoka Joyce knew the fix was in and that he had to be more aggressive, which left him open to counters and made the other rounds closer and therefore were obviously going to go to Yoka if the first was. Yoka even did an Ali shuffle at one point, which shows you he's a c*nt: he must've known he was getting the nod no matter what and had no sportsmanship about it at all. It was bad.
However, even if the wrongs from the boxing at those Olympics are righted, it doesn't change the fact that boxing is riddled with corruption and Olympic boxing particularly has never been fair. I don't mean to kick a man when he's down but AJ got some 'favourable' decisions to get his gold, didn't he? And a lot of people made A LOT of money out of that. I don't suppose they're going to go back to that, are they?

You can drop Olympic from that sentence. All of Boxing is quite corrupt. Not 100% of the time, but enough of the time that you learn not to be surprised by it.
