Well one is not very deceptive at all. When caught out or proven wrong, he goes on a repetitive tirade, doubling down, moving the goalposts, tries to misquote and sidetrack from the point, acting like a petulant child and basically lying

But aren't all the actions listed here deceptive? Repeating the same thing over and over is a tacit that works because if you say something often enough and loud enough some people will start to believe it even if it is false. This is misleading or deceiving those people.

Moving the goalposts is a deceptive tactic, since you're trying to trick the kicker into thinking the distance hasn't changed. Misquoting, sidetracking and lying are all ways to deceive people. Along with confusing the argument with meaningless statistic after meaningless statistic. Many of which are false but enough of them are true to give the impression of expertise.

Completely agree. Just because we are aware of it doesn’t take away from the fact that his conduct is misleading and deceptive.

I do not consider EO a troll. I think he is just a blow hard who has a high opinion of his knowledge. Though others see through the majority of his "FACTUAL" evidence.
He is an opinionated douche bag but not a troll
