Jeff Fenech is really talking up Brock Jarvis so I am expecting him to win this fight early or at least comfortably on points against Alejandro Frias Rodriguez, otherwise he should lower his sights a bit. Good luck Brock

The bookies are expecting Brock to steamroll Rodriguez who is currently paying $ 8.50.

Jarvis looks good. Looks really strong at his weight. Will see how good he is as he starts to step up his opponents.

One hopes Brock's career doesn't hit the wall overseas like William Kickett's did when debuting in the USA.

William won 13 straight and looked the goods before he was knocked out by a right hand to the chin in round 1 by Ahmed Elomar. Straight after a brawl broke out in the crowd, with chairs being thrown in the ring at Elomar and his team.

Kickett bounced back with 2 more victories before venturing over to Los Angeles to fight Adrien Broner (9-0-0 at the time and subsequently hit the big-time). Broner stopped him in the 6th and William's career never reached the heights again, despite winning 3 more times against lesser opposition.

brock got a 5th round stoppage, but prior to that was in trouble and seemed on verge of getting stopped himself. got a lot of work to do if he hopes to be a serious contender

Looked to me like it should have been stopped

He was really hurt and wouldn’t have argued if the ref stopped it. The stoppage at the end looked early but I think he was getting knocked out anyway as it looked like he was done. I heard they might do it again.

I'm thinking Jarvis is going be in a lot of fan friendly fights.
He will win some, he will lose some in spectacular fashion but he will always be entertaining.

I see Javis getting stopped against better opponents, although his body attacks are relentless he leaves himself/his chin open for the counter. Also can he box at all or does he just brawl from the fights ive seen he doesnt box much.
