I thought I knew the answer to #1, but it turns out I didn't, so I had to dig around.

The earliest fight that I've found, that fits the description, happened in 1966. That's far too late......isn't it?

well yeah, but there are also NC on the record of Corbett, so what i really should have said was when was the first championship fight between to fighters with only wins on there record , no losses or draws, or NC or any TD, or anything other than wins.
