I have noticed eddie hearn is using the IBO alot recently.
I think it's a good move like mabey warren did with the wbu though the ibo is 100 times bigger.
I always liked the ibo and I think it holds a purpose in boxing. Remember at one point seeing hearn not even mention the ibo in joshua press conferences.
Even dennis hobson using it alot. I wonder what there fees our.
I prefer it to say a wba reguler title.

Yes I noticed it too. Eddie is fed up with his usual WBA Regular trinket belt. He's now pushing the IBO belt.

even the wba is much better than the ibo, pro ibo ppl like to chery pick the more prominent champs (who the ibo basically went all out to give their belt to) but if you review the champs in each division over the years its utterly woeful, tons of mediocre aussies and south africans, tons of divisions even w/o champs

WBA reg could have worked if they didn't keep calling them world champions and actually enforced mandatories against the Super Champ which they never did.

IBO is probably below EBU level. Sort of like the new Commonwealth belt?
