It would be close, but Chavez would have some judging backup to secure a dec.

Chavez by decision or tko in the later rounds.
Buddy would give Julio fits in the first 4 or 5 rounds, but I think Chavez would figure him out and proceed with his punishing tenacity approach to winning.
