Can someone remind me why Barry Jones retired?

Had a good career upto the Freitas fight where he came away with some pride putting the Brazilian on his arse. He had a good trainer and was only 25 when he retired....why?

Its all a bit clouded, I think Barry wasn't forced to retire - but I think the worries were there and he'd saved a bit of cash - so why not.
He always said he was going to comeback after Freitas and I think a match with Robinson was mooted around this time - but Freitas broke his ribs which delayed his return and I think he then thought that as the risk factor was bigger for him - why fight on.
As I said its all a bit clouded though.

Jones never had a KO to his name if i remember yet he dropped Freitas in the first round, Freitas did the usual trick (something he always does when dropped) and spat out his gumshield. He was obviously riled and went on to drop Jones six times afterwards! A bit of a useless trivia for you there
No idea what Jones does now.

The leg twitch he used to do, used to crack me up. For his last few fights he even dropped his right hand with the twitch.
