If Bert Cooper fought at light heavyweight, Foster would be too much for Smokin Bert to handle, but if Foster fought at the cruiserweight and heavyweight, then Smokin' Bert would be too much for Foster to handle. Either Cooper decision or knock Foster out in the late rounds.
