I watched the first 2 fights on the DAZN show mostly as I wanted to see how French looked. Thought he looked ok but nothing special. Will be in some good fights though when he ups the level of opposition. Him against Ritson could be a big fight in 2 years.

Been more and more interested in this fight, the nearer it gets. At the beginning I thought Algeri was too far gone. He might be, but it's still a test for Benn.

Gill fight just stopped due to a massive cut on the top of his head near his hairline.
Accidental clash of heads so a technical draw as it was end at the end of the 3rd round.

Awful cut for Gill , it was visibly squirting blood as he went back to his corner .
His career seems to be stagnating at the moment , he has decent skills .

Yeah - it’s a shame. They supposedly had the European title fight rearranged for January so that’s not going to happen.

Exactly , if true why not , no shame in losing at that level .

Yeah - also notice period as well. I can understand criticism for someone who turns down a world title fight but I guess we don’t know the full story. I could understand someone turning it down if they don’t believe they’ll be 100%/be able to give their best.

10-10.30 I think.
Will depend on whether the early fights go the distance but at least they’ve started early unlike last week’s BT show.

Really good performance by Agyarko. Reminded me of a young Kell Brook perhaps without the punch power.
Always thought highly of him when he was with FW and looked good against Jez Smith.

Peter McGrail looked very good. His opponent came to compete so left himself open and in range and McGrail worked him over. Peach of a straight left to finish it.

I thought he looked solid enough from the parts I caught but fairly raw. Brian Rose could be good barometer
