I can't see him beating Usyk at CW.
Usyk might be the GOAT at CW.
I say might be, because a fight between him and Holyfield at CW would have been epic.
In short, a would be a step too far for Beterbiev to go up against such greatness at CW.
Usyk on points, UD.

The last two times they fought each other at cruiserweight in the amateurs, Usyk beat Beterbiev.
Beterbiev’s skills are primitive in comparison to Usyk’s.
And as we saw in the Joshua and Chisora bouts, powerful opponents don’t phase Usyk.
And Beterbiev doesn’t hit as hard or is as busy as those guys.
If no one disagrees, the thread may as well be locked.

Usyk is both better and bigger. Beterb would be a massive underdog.

Usyk works well against HW's because they are slow and lumbering. I called it long ago that he could beat Joshua before he even moved up to HW. He has an advantage against them where his advantage isn't quite there at the lower weight classes.
Usyk doesn't do as well against guys his size. His toughest fight still was Maris Briedis, a legit p4p fighter. Prime Beterbiev is just as good. A younger Beterbiev would've given Usyk fits, probably even won a close fight with a knockdown. Usyk would've beaten Kovalev pretty easily, though. Styles is all I can say here.
Let me just remind everyone that Beterbiev isn't Gassiev. Far more athletic, refined, and hits just as hard.

Terrible take. Beterbiev doesn't hit as hard as Chisora? What are you smoking? Chisora is not a KO-artist like Beterbiev. Beterbiev's skills are primitive? Are you insane!?

Here’s a novel idea, quote my actual words (it’s incredibly easy to do) and attack them head-on. Don’t misrepresent them!
Only complete utter fûckîng morons attack claims that no one made other than themselves.
My response might upset you and perhaps make you angry, but think about what you’ve just done!
You’re attacking me for allegedly having an opinion I do not possess and have never once conveyed!

Beter gave two tough fights to Usyk at the amateur heavyweight. He could put on a show in a pro fight as well, but still it's hard to see him pulling out a win.
