How good was he?
Ive seen his fights and read about him,but have to say aside from his conditioning and toughness I wasn't impressed.
As always,I think any fighter ,no matter(I guess there are a few exceptions) how lacking of skills they may be,deserves credit for competing.

I just wanted to know what others thought of him.

Aside note,I saw Angel Robinson Garcia mentioned in Globetrotters. He was a fighter I'd read about but never heard mentioned.

One of the best fighters to have lost so many fights

Very good fighter who excelled late. I think he would've beaten Arguello and Bruce Curry, and given Aaron Pryor all he could handle.

A beautiful tactician. More than just a spoiler for sure.
