Qawi would outbox Gomez. Dwight could be tricky enough to deal with him. Gomez looked like a good textbook boxer, but not proven against someone like Qawi, while Dwight gave fights to clearly better operators than Gomez.

gomez often gets rated pretty high at cruiser but his level of opposition was pretty laughable, so many totally soft defenses in there . i was never that impressed with him, he had skills but just lacking that something extra , i think qawi even at cw could push him around

id go with qawi too

I thought the same. Even though Gomez had the height and reach advantage in his southpaw stance, Qawi would counter him with jabs, body punches and combinations on the head to take a decision.
