Mayweather UD, although he might have gotten knocked down by a Ramirez left at some point

Mayweather was an awesome.fighter.Id read in a magazine where they referred to him as the "Poor man's version of Tommy Hearns". And he was real good and deadly.But he was chinny.

And while I can see him gliding around with those freakishly long arms throwing fast punches,Rameriz was a soldier.Always coming forward, throwing hard punches to the head and body.

I can see Mayweather winning a close decision if he can stay away.But can he stay away and not get caught?
If it were 15 I would go with Rameriz but 12,I think Mayweather "probably" wins a decision.

Giacomino and Zuru made good points, I think Roger wins a tough fight over Jose, 12 or 15, but Jose has his moments.
