Wilder by kayo. Peter wasn't special at all. He had power, but he was crude and hittable to be iced first.

sam would be at least he 2nd best guy wilder has ever beaten in 40+ wins. a bigger challenge than deontay's used to and though limited, much more dangerous than the cans D usually crushed
peter hurts wilder and gives him problems, like he did wlad, but wilder gets through that and gets a ko around 8-10

Both powerful guys.
Peter's one advantage is he can probably take a punch better, but that advantage is washed away by the fact that he's much slower, much easier to hit, and much less accurate with his punches.
So yes, Wilder gets there first and KO's Peter.
