Cuevas couldn't win if he were a middleweight but here he would be overmatched and outsized.

Lamotta did catch weights of 155 a few times I think, it'd have to be something like that to even be remotely competitive, but yes he'd up Cuevas shots, and stop him. Cuevas just wouldn't be able to do much of anything to hold him off. If it's at 160 Cuevas is absolutely outgunned even more so.
Even at the catch weight he likely gets stopped, but he might hang in a little longer if Lamotta is weight drained or something. If he's at full strength Cuevas is just absolutely f*cked.
