Eastman is 5/1 to win at any time with Victor Chandler.
I did 4/1 with Ladbrokes, which is what most are offering. Also couldn't resist a couple of quid on Eastman to win in the first - 125/1 with Wilie Hills!

Quite simply because if you do win then you win more.
If you ever play the lottery or buy a scratchcard then its the same thing except a bet is alot more likely than winning the lottery or on a scratch card

Open an online account and bet on there then James!!!
In fact, do what the bloke said to do the other week and open an account with one the bookies that give you a free bet eg Blue Square give you a free £10 bet if you bet £20. If your free £10 bet wins you get the winnings and not the tenner, but it does mean you can set up a bet where you're guaranteed to win money (I picked a footy match where neither the home win, draw nor the away win were odds on).

Sadly my lack of a credit or debit card due to terrible transgressions earlier in life in matters financial, limits my on-line buying/gambling capabilities.

Ah. Sorry to hear that James. In this age of infinite credit opportunities I'm sure someone will give you a credit card!!!! Mind you, I couldn't get one for ages and then once I got one and racked up a debt I got loads of them.
