During a recent interview, Wilder revealed that he was going to use psychedelics in deciding whether or not to move forward with his in-ring career.
Now the fighter, 36, has revealed he is set to turn to Ayahuasca - a South American psychedelic brew - to help him decide his next steps.
"I'm thinking about doing Ayahuasca. That's gonna be my decision making process… Boxing's put a bad taste because of what it's done to me. It's dangerous, politics, cheating… I still have love for the sport though," Wilder told the Byron Scott Podcast.

but that said, people go on about aj being gunshy and unconfident, but wilder is talking like a guy who doesnt want to box anymore, and he's the one who has been ko'd back to back, the last one brutally, and hasnt won since 2019. he's also going on 37 now with no fights in the works...i wouldnt be sure of his confidence either
if he comebacks it will be very interesting, i think he's more vulnerable than ever

Some people have been really, really fucked over by boxing, Wilder isn't one of them, he's a millionaire from being a heavyweight with a decent dig who was matched extremely EXTREMELY carefully and never beat anybody decent (didn't his best win just get put over by a jab by "the worst heavyweight champion ever")
You could actually now really make the argument that Charles Martin is better than Bermane Stiverne, which makes Wilders CV a complete joke, go cry on your golden desert eagle mate, the Wilder journey is over thank fornicate

Don't agree. Since the Ruiz beating and now add in Usyk beating Joshua is scared and gunshy. Wilder will always have a crack I think.

One thing is for certain, if Wilder had lost to Usyk, he would have gone out on his shield unlike the very tame Joshua. Wilder is game. Joshua has showed on several occasions that he isn’t.

I just think it’s properly hilarious, nonidea how it affects his career going forward.

One of the luckiest men ever to lace on the gloves. He had the style of a 90s Tuesday Night Fights journeyman opponent. It's unreal they found men bad enough for him to beat in 'title fights'.
