I considered putting 20 squids on Howard Eastman just because the odds are so good, but never got round to it.
Anybody out there think I might regret it?

Lol, i don't think there have ever been so many Howard Eastman threads going at one time
In answer to you question, i don't want to sit on the fence but....only time will tell

I was going to sit on the fence, but now I'm not so sure.

Jesus...6 hours to go and can't bare the suspense. I have a feeling Howard might do it. More of a feeling than Danny v Klitchko.
(P.S. Just heard - after fighting Moli, Skelton will be forced by the WBU into a mandatory defence against a Ribena carton.)

So much for Skelton to make his defense against Danny Williams then
I have £10 on Eastman, only because it was a free bet

I have to say, I had a feeling that Danny would have no chance whatsoever against Klit, but also a feeling that my feelings were always wrong.
I think Eastman has more chance then Danny Williams vs Klit, but I think Eastman will still lose because that wasn't saying much.

By the way is the fight big news in the UK media?
There was a bit an interview with him midweek in the telegraph, 2 columns today on the back page of the sport section and may have been something last weekend too so all in all not too bad!

Eastman has more chances then Danny, but how Eastman going to beat Hopkins if he lost to Jopy? I think best bet actually stay away from betting on this particular fight.
I, myself make a bet on Hopkins even at 1-5.5 now, I still think he is a good money maker.
Hopkins has a good chance to win a decision, in case Eastman offer some resistance. Hopkins all around solid fighter- I never saw Eastman but I can't imagin someone outwork Hopkins. Also someone wrote that Eastman dosen't have high work-rate-if it is true- than sorry guy but Eastman has no chance.

I think it's a tricky one to call. I had small bets on Howard to win, either on points or inside the distance, but this was more beer talking than belief. I can't see Hopkins not losing, but in the back of my mind I can't help thinking there's a risk that he'll 'get old overnight'.
There were some good pieces in the Guardian about the fight this week.
