Probably Sutherland. Like Charlie, he is entertaining, but he will find a way to screw it up.

I just watched that Sutherland fight on YouTube. He was completely Horrendous at Boxing.

I'd have to say though, that he probably could still go a full round with Zelenoff.

CZ would be getting winded after less than a minute, and he'd likely be all wiped out after 2 minutes.

If he was somehow able to keep himself from stepping out of the ring, or calling a time-out, or spitting his gum shield out multiple times, then I think that CZ Could hang on,even if barely,to last out the 1 round distance/bout.

I guess then that CZ would win, based on landing more punches, all of which would come within the first minute of this silly wonky cartoonish boxing battle.

So you're saying that Charlie would win?

Or both would lose? :D

Sutherland does appear to have the edge in conditioning, while Charlie Z.'s fundamentals are a level (or two?) above.

I don't see Sutherland giving up here either.

Charlie would have to land something to keep the mullet in check.

Could he?

I am thinking Brian wins, Charlie has that self-destruct tendency. But in a fight like this, anything can happen. Even a no contest  .

I figure Charlie Zelenoff comes out guns blazing, knocks Sutherland down. Celebrates frantically like he's won, maybe even starts from the ring yelling he's the man. Sutherland gets up at 8 or something, Charlie is frustrated and quits.

So basically Charlie does all the damage in the fight, and beats himself.

sutherland showed more fighting spirit than charlie, vs a vastly better opponent than charlie faced, plus got dat size advantage

I'd say he showed equal fighting spirit. Which is to say...none

The question here is if Sutherland can take 1 minute of Zelenoff's amateurish all out attack. If he can, he wins.

sutherland just got knocked out, flush right hand from an 11-1 cruiserweight, he didnt pull a mouthguard spitting quitter like chucky z did

Sutherland's technique was laughably horrible though, and he seemed to have virtually no defense whatsoever

the technique did suck, but he put together some flurries that would have charlie doubting himself straight away. plus got dat size advantage, about 30 pounds on charlie

True, but -- and this relates to fighting spirit as well -- Charlie Z. didn't care about weight differences when he went up against Deontay Wilder.

Have Charlie and Crazy Tempo had it out yet?

Got it!

Determining a winner here may hinge on assessing Charlie Z's "peak."

When do you think he was at his best?

In my own honest opinion, I'd say that shortly after that Kid Thunder loss in that Arkansas middle school was when CZ Really upped thee Ante, as the saying goes. I recall watching his sparring vids and heavybadg vids, shortly after his 2009 pro debut loss to A.H, the then 1-13 gypsy journeyman wonder-kid. It's just too bad,and a Terrible Shame, that CZ opted to do that Cheap Shot manuever, in the dressing room, minutes before they're would've been return bout. I actually believe that CZ would've prevailed in the rematch. I'm no fan of CZ. Back then,..ehhh..kind of sort of. It was always more of an intrigued with a unique type of character type of thing though.

A fascinating study in psychology and decision making, to say the least.

Why train that hard, then throw it all away minutes before the fight with a cheap shot?

Noticed Kid Thunder last fought in 2017 (2-28 record). Anyone know what he is doing these days?

Sutherland wins via DQ, as Zelenoff declares that since he is the real world's champion and greatest fighter of all time that he dictates how long the rounds last and how long the fights last, etc--- hitting Sutherland with the first punch, declaring himself the winner, and walking out of the ring with Sutherland looking absolutely stunned in disbelief as the referee holds his hand up over his head in victory. Zelenoff makes 100 videos talking about BoxRec being a conspiracy, Sutherland becomes an internet celebrity for about 3 months, until Charlie appears on TMZ after getting yet another restraining order from Nicki Minaj.

Sounds about right.
It's actually a pretty likely scenario and outcome.

Sutherland was wide open for straight punches. Charlie Z. doesn't throw many of those.
