great shot to finish the fight from Dunne. He was in control for the majority of the fight but he took a few bangs on the chin and if he does that hands down shit against a top lad or even against a B class operater he will find himself on the canvas. He needs to brush up on his defence a bit but he has great foot movement and his punches are all textbook. I can see why all the hoopla was about him. One thing I was surprised by was that he landed with come SOLID shots and Betts took them well. I don't know if Betts just had a good chin, or maybe Dunne isn't the concussive hitter we were led to believe he was? Good performance all round.

Jacko hasn't been busy enough recently. Inactivity affects stamina.
Still a decent effort by the sound of it.

Well we only got some rounds but fron what I saw he was dropped early (ade a mistake of lowering his hand) and got up to keep going. he was hurt and exhausted for a lot of the fight and kept going. certainly has all heart. Eventually he got stopped by a left hook to the body. But heartwise, what an effort from what I saw.

Jacko, out of curiosity - you have now fought both Rock and Alan Jones (who fought to a draw a few years ago). Who did you think was the better fighter.
Unlucky with the defeat, I'm sure you will be back - just be positive a win over someone like Rock would probably mean a top ten ranking.

What about the early rounds before you were feeling tired? What round did you start feeling it?

I'd love a rematch but its sjust so dam hard to train and work and diet all at the SAME TIME...
my job (electrician) is hard enough and long enough hours...having to diet through the day and get back late then go to the gym i hardly see my mrs as it is....very hard decision for me to make i love the sport and yeah ur right i could box another two small halls and get a rematch im sure brian peters (the promoter) would get it on he was over the moon with my performance...will see
Stu first 2 rounds i came back to the corner and said to errol 'i felt great' but 4-5 onwards i just sank lowere and lower.basically i felt like a car with no fuel in at all
