15 rounds, who wins? Circa 1983-1984.

At first glance I thought total mismatch.
But late 82 to late 84 Broad looked like a real contender. His loss to Narvis Frazier was extremely close and could of gone either way
Weaver a slow starter would come on late winning 9 rounds to 6 in a fairly decent scrap.

If they fought between 1983 and 1984, Broad would use his size advantage to wear Weaver down and knock him out in 3 to 5 rounds. If the Mike Weaver that fought Big John Tate show up, then he would out-box and out-slug Broad to either take a decision or knock him out in the late rounds.
